Does anyone have any type of dry mixed with water fasting plan for someone 100 pounds overweight(F, 5’7) to lose 50 pounds in 5 weeks? I want to do this twice with a break of 1.5-2 months in between to maintain. I have more experience water fasting but only for 7-10 days before I take breaks. I have dry fasted several times but only for a few days max. I have already lost 100 pounds sporadically and find I no longer drop big numbers(water weight?) anymore. I have ADHD and I lose interest very fast in “dieting/CICO” so I need big weight loss numbers over smaller periods to make any progress.
I can’t sustain this but I find the biggest weight losses is when I do alternate day fasting with carnivore (ribeye steak with butter and maybe some eggs). On the days you’re eating carnivore there is no need to restrict- eat all the ribeyes you need.
