I’m supposed to start my volleyball league on Sunday. Which would be day 15 of my 21 day fast. Is this a good idea or should I not play?
I’ve played basketball while fasting and felt like crap. Lmao everyone is different and it might just be me. But I felt so bad the rest of the day! Almost passed out tbh. If you’re not intermittent fasting and doing water fast while doing sports I don’t recommend it. Please eat before your tournament and good luck! Hope you come back with news of a win!
