Ribeye and spinach are considered keto and it is considered quite healthy as long as you dont overdo the processed food and snacks. Carnivore is also considered healthy but it is recommended to eat nose to tail and add oily fish especially skin on salmon for vit C.

From my research whole, unprocessed, no additive meat and veg are healthy. And that would include ribeye. Animal fat isnt bad its the sugary/high carb processed stuff most people eat with it that does the damage.

Ribeye steak absolutely doesn’t deserve the bad press it gets these days.

Check out r/zerocarb and r/carnivore, theres also a lot of cool carnivore groups on facebook as well. I second looking into some counseling as well, or maybe even hypnotherapy. What a lot of people who do the carnivore diet report is that when they switch to a higher fat/protein diet with minimal or no carbs, they feel much more satiated and that translates to less binging.

Fasting is a powerful practice but definitely not a cure-all, and jumping in head first out of desperation could make an existing eating disorder worse. From what you have written, some professional help would probably be the best place to start.

The human body is amazingly resilient and capable of incredible transformation, that happens in relatively small increments over time.
