Please help first time fasting stomach hurting

I fasted for 7 or 8 days for five days I was on the smoothie fast and and the rest of the days all I had was juice and water. I was tempted with my brother eating chips with hot sauce and I ate several chips. 30 minutes later my stomach was hurting so I washed it down with a kale apple smoothie and some lime water for the past two days. I’ve been bloated. The first day was uncomfortable now the bloatedness doesn’t want to go away. What can I do to make the bloatedness go away please help.

To cut bloat, cut the juice and smoothies. Drink only water and electrolytes. Kale (and all cabbage relatives) makes the average person very gasy and bloated, even when they’re not fasting. I bet the hot sauce on an empty stomach irritated your stomach lining too, and then the lime water would have made it even worse. If you must have a green smoothie, switch to spinach.
