I find it hard to fast during that time before my period I’m always hungry like a real addict and my hormonal changes ruin me, Depression n anexity fatigue ,long sleep hours.crave unhealthy food buy a huge amount and I’m reaching a plateau here in my weight or of course I would gain weight during this phase so any advice guys ?🥺
I struggle with this, too! Essentially two weeks of hormonal madness. It’s terrible. I eat TONS during that time, especially focusing on healthy carbs (and lots of fruit). Eat healthy things to total satiation so I don’t binge. I usually gain a little there, but there’s a woosh in the next phase and that’s when I focus on fasting and end up losing enough weight to keep me motivated.
