Hi all! I just started fasting (still in the middle of one) but this is my first intentional fasting since when I unintentionally fast it’s because I have a crazy busy lifestyle so I sometimes go fasting this way. But now that I’m mindful of actually doing it, I realize that I notice hunger, hunger pains, food, wanting to give up, etc. I’m really pushing forward for the 3 day fast and just wanted to know what you all did, said to yourself, etc. that helped you motivate yourselves.
I’ve been doing OMAD for so long that it’s just part of my lifestyle now, and whenever I need motivation to do a fast. like a 3 day fast for example I just tell myself that all I have to do is skip two meals and that makes it seem a lot easier and much more manageable
