I’m a 31F. I’ve been experimenting with intermittent fasting on workdays for the last 5 weeks. I’ve done a few 24 hour fasts/OMAD. On a lot of the days I don’t work I kinda have been eating like crap. There’s been a few days of keto but mostly a lot of binging. Even still, when I looked in the mirror at work last night I swear I looked younger. Is this possible or am I just delusional? I can’t quite put my finger on specifically what looked different, jt just reminded me of my appearance in my 20’s. Does anyone else have similar experiences?

I thought I was the only one! Im 23f and recently when I look in the mirror I see my high-school self in my face, a certain glow I think and just look kinda younger?
I didn’t actually think it was fasting related but it would make sense as fasting can rejuvenate you and regenerates new cells:)
