Preferred Macro Breakdown with IF

Hey everyone. I started IF on Nov 1 and it helped me break a plateau I had been stuck at for months!
With my impulsivity (I do have ADHD with a co-morbidity of depression) I have been changing plans frequently. Thankfully the common denominator has been the fasting! Currently on 16:8
I have tried it with LCHF, currently in ketosis, also tried Leangains (only for a day), the Fung recommendations….damn! Anyways I started at 86.something and am at 81 now.
So, fellow redditors and fasters, what food protocol do you use?
IF (any breakdown of the hours) + what macros?

I try to do low carb, high fat, moderate protein. I make a distinction between good fats (saturated and omega 3) and bad fats (transfat and omega 6), and obviously prefer the former.

For the poll I voted LCHF, but I think more specifically I do LCHFMP since protein is also an important part of my diet.

18-20hrs fast; Low to no carbs, moderate to high fats on cardio/non lifting days. 14-16hrs fast; Low to moderate carbs/carb cycling, moderate fats on lifting days. 20-24hrs fast/Omad; No carbs, high fats on rest days. Protein always high. It’s all about metabolic flexibility!
