Prepping for a dry fast

I’m always starving for water and then pissing it out, I’m assuming this is a recipe for disaster if I try to dry fast. Is there a way I can get adapted to less water? Will snake juice help?

To help dry fast you can always go dry as long as possible and when you feel thirsty extend it into a snake juice. This way you get the benefit of the long dry fast. And remember dry fasting is 3X more effective than water fasting

So I’ve pretty much completely switched over to snake juice and honestly feel a lot better. I’m not constantly running to the bathroom anymore and feel more hydrated at the same time. I feel more energized and recovery between workout sets is greatly reduced. I have lyme disease and I think this makes me kick electrolytes faster than I used to so this has been a God send. I completed a 60 hour dry fast this past weekend and plan to do a 72+ soon. I was skeptical of Mr. Cole Robinson at first but I can’t argue with how I feel or the 23 pounds I’ve lost over the last 2 weeks.
