Hello, I workout in the mornings around 5am and have been taking a preworkout drink called NO Explode. Does this break my fast?
If so, does it absolutely ruin the fast or just lessen the effects?
If it has calories, technically it breaks your fast.
Water, Green Tea, Bulletproof coffee has no or little calories so a workout would burn up the calories but, don’t quote me on this, I heard 50 calories is the maximum for most people to minimise the time the body can get back to fasting state. I also heard that those calories should not be from sugar or carbs.
