42 Y/O Female SW: 156 😔 CW: 128 GW: 115 Body Fat % (start): 45.1% Body Fat % (now): 30.3% I have also gained almost 4 pounds of muscle. Currently doing 16:8 IF and fasting one full day per week, pseudo-keto (same concept, but with a much larger emphasis on protein intake as opposed to fat), and no booze. I try to walk a bit more now (anywhere between 3 and 5 miles per day), and I also work out with a trainer 2 times a week for 20 minutes. Sounds insane, but his workouts SERIOUSLY work, this is the strongest I've ever been in my life. https://preview.redd.it/o97rq25kgc8a1.png?width=2350&format=png&auto=webp&s=871b9b61c4ad1161dd957d6b464a667d0246b0a5 https://preview.redd.it/r3c4de1vgc8a1.png?width=2024&format=png&auto=webp&s=767f20a98951df48ee169d1d8a1727442e1849fa https://preview.redd.it/0a2lht1vgc8a1.png?width=1880&format=png&auto=webp&s=fe41a2f07a61db95c9deec75face891cce4cabdb

Wow that’s awesome! You look great and seem to be losing weight and gaining muscle at a sustainable rate. I love this about 16:8. It’s great for people like me who want to lose a moderate amount of weight and keep it off. I’m 5 weeks in and prior to If I could not stay in a calorie deficit despite (because of?) working out 5x/week because I’m around your current size so my daily calorie requirement was low enough that I’d eat back the deficit with one extra snack, cocktail, or 2nd helping of dinner. Now I’m able to work out and have some indulgences during my eating window without eating back the deficit. It feels easier to me! Seems like you are totally rocking this, good for you! I’m 39/F/127.
