Has anybody experience with extended fasting (6 to 10 days) and intense sessions of weight lifting during this or can provide some resources I could look up?
Edit: By fasting I mean water fasting with electrolytes, tea and coffee but no protein or bone broth.
Would suggest you box mix. Cardio is totally compile. If your weight training in a normal cycle your micro-tearing muscle to generate growth. Your growth needs to come from proteins. If your fasting that means your tearing down one muscle to repair another. Terrible results, lots of pain and slower healing.
Be kind to yourself and train when you can feed your muscles.
