I am so bloated and gassy. They are delicious and nutritious but half hour or less after eating them I’m an absolute gas bag with a blimp for a tumtum. Only cons i can think of. I still eat em, i just dress appropriately…stretchy pants
I think you should be okay, but if you eat a huge amount of them every day I’d watch out for signs of high potassium (which can cause problems re. Your heart’s ability to beat properly). If you aren’t on beta blockers or spironolactone you should be fine. I think they’re also moderately high in uric acid which can cause gout. Again, if you’re not eating bucket loads, you should be alright but you might want to do a google to check out recommended amounts.
