Hi! I’m F26, 5’2 and 155 lbs. I’m wanting to lose 25lbs to get down to 130lbs. I’ve just started intermittent fasting (16:8) but I’m finding that I’m having a hard time hitting my protein requirements. I’m an avid gym-goer and track my macros but I find that I am unable to eat as much food as I need to hit my macro requirements. Do other people struggle with this as well? What are some things you do to get that protein in? Thanks in advance!
I’ve been thinking about this lately- I’ve been mixing my collagen/protein powder with coffee, but now I think I need to reduce the amount of coffee because I want to consume less volume. So maybe 4-6 ounces of fluid instead of 8.
