In another comment, you mention you’re trying to lose weight so you want to make sure it’s ‘healthy’. I think I understand what you’re trying to say, but the two concepts aren’t directly correlated.

If you’re looking to lose weight, you need to eat less calories than you burn. Upping your protein is a good idea though. I do really like this pasta just to get a few extra grams of protein in, but it has (I think) a similar amount of calories to regular pasta. So you want to be focusing more on the calorie content, not so much if it’s ‘healthy’ or not.

Broccoli is healthy, and you can still overconsume it and gain weight.

Answer

it‘s neither healthy or unhealthy, it‘s simply pasta made from a flour mix with significant amount from legumes in addition to wheat and has added pea protein.

you can just eat regular pasta with legumes to avoid getting ripped by the „high protein“ marketing

Answer

It’s not unhealthy at all but I want to give you a secret. It doesn’t have much more protein than the normal version. They double the serving size to make it appear to have 2x the protein. Look at the box!!! It’s a scam!

Answer

People spend too much time worrying about whether this ingredient or that ingredient is healthy or unhealthy. Diet is a holistic thing. If all you eat every day is pasta, then that’s unhealthy. If the pasta is merely a part of an overall, well-balanced diet, then it’s no problem. Most foods are this way. Focus on the core being healthy.

Answer

Pasta only gets a bad rap because of the portion size we are accustomed to, assuming you are in America. Pasta is actually quite a healthy dish. Typically it contains plenty of veggies, fiber, and protein. Add some meat if you want additional protein. Also if you eat it cold it’s digested differently and is less caloric and it also cause less of a spike in blood glucose. Just don’t bury it in a cream sauce or too much cheese and you’ll be fine
