Is it okay if my one meal a day (I usually have it around 9:30 if that matters) is a protein shake? I put two scoops of whey, a teaspoon of peanut butter, a decent bit of protein oats and some honey (and water)
Thats probably not nearly enough calories to be sustainable.
Personally, I’d miss chewing and wind up binging. I have a protein shake as my snack every afternoon, but even that I have with a granola bar cause I need to chew lol
