Not sure what you’re asking for here. A protein shake will never “replace” a meal as it is just protein. Depending on taste there is several different powders to chose between whey-protein being the most common due to its relative low cost, great amino acid profile and mixes well with fluid.
It’s more of a supplement than a meal replacement. However, Whey Protein, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup frozen organic spinach, dash of cinnamon and 1.5 cups water with some ice is my afternoon snack most weekdays.
