Sort of.
I hate fasting. I actually have only attempted 2 water fasts. Otherwise I stick with OMAD and ADF - because I know i can achieve those.
But I’m frustrated, like I posted earlier. I just.. I want to atleast get myself under 80kgs and I’m only hovering around 83 so it’s not even far away. So.. Im gunna push myself, I’m going to do a water fast (with some coke zero, soz if you’re anti soda) and just get myself under 80, that’s all I want right now!
If I had a job honestly this would be a piece of cake, but fuck you (enter town name here) for not having anything flexible for a student who also has no car!!!!!!

I find ADF super challenging! It’s just… so many “Day 1’s” haha (which is the worst day IMO). I honestly think I’m going to attempt ADF again for a month or so though (after this extended fast I’m currently on), because that’s half the month fasted! We’ll see. I don’t know. Still trying to find my fasting groove and find what works best for me.

You can do it!! I’d recommend holding out for as long as you can before drinking a diet soda. Because of the artificial sugars, it still has a similar effect on your body as eating would (please correct me if I am wrong, I can’t recall exactly). Something to do with insulin levels, I believe. Pretty much when I drink a diet soda, it almost awakes the dragon again, so I get a little hunger pang instead of soothing it. Try some coffee/tea/carbonated water if you want something just to sip on!
