Does anyone know of a program that allows you to type in the things you eat, and then get a graphic chart of which nutrients you get and which you are lacking?
It would really help keep me aware without the pain of having to do all the numbers myself. Thanks.
Essentially any food tracker will log individual nutrients and most of them can compare that against a reference target and/or create charts, graphs, etc. Cronometer is one option that seems to be popular at the moment, but there are many others.
