I’ve got an annoying case of dry tongue and I’m unsure of what to do. Currently taking a ton of these each day but really starting to struggle
How much is a ton? The serving size is 3…. Also how much water are you drinking? I find I need to balance my salt and water pretty close. I do 1000 of potassium, at least 2000 of salt and around 500 magnesium. I drink between 2 and 3 liters of water per day.
