Question

Hey fellow and former fatties.. been a minute. I know this gets very redundant. If you could please help a fatty out tho. I’m attempting to fast to kick my addictions too at the moment so a little brain foggy. Fasted here and there the past couple years 2-5 days but let stupid stuff get in the way. Blah blah blah.. Am now preparing for a 30 day to finally kick these substances right in their arse. Quick question tho..

I coulda swore snake juice was lite salt. But now I’m seeing comments for the product saying no salt. I have just been putting a bit of lite salt in a water bottle and carrying on but know I need the actual recipe for the 30 day coming up. Do I need to get no salt now instead?

TLDR; Still a lame fatty but starting a 30 day soon to kick substances too. Need clarification on recipe ingredients. Lite salt or No salt. Thanks!

Thanks!!

Answer

Calculate the how much sodium/potassium is lite salt and then follow the standard recipe sodium and potassium requirements.Lite salt was made for people who want to cut their sodium so they put half potassium and half salt(sodium), potassium is salty so it works, for us we like lite salt because its one product that ticks 2 boxes for us as once.

No salt is just potassium so if you want to try it for fun or to change stuff up you can but you will need to add some salt(sodium).

Theres also magnessium which a lot of people are deficient. I recommend glycinate or citrate as a daily or every other day tablet. And lastly theres baking soda which is also sodium but bicarbonate too. I recommend trying baking sodium as i find it very refreshing to drink but you will need to do some research before you dive into baking soda since there is a danger of changing your stomach acid acidity and thus hurting your ability to properly digest.

But look out for sodium and potassium. Sodium above all.
