Question about a 3-day waterfast

Broke the fast with non fat greek yogurt, almonds, bananas, honey last night. Today morning i ate a small cup of chicken noodle soup w a little bit of french bread. did i do good?

You didn’t do bad, but also not great. The first meal should be very low in carbs - preferably zero - and high in fat/protein. This reduces the probability of refeed syndrome and keeps your insulin lower for a longer period.
