Question about alternating

I’m relatively new to this, so my question is, can I alternate my fasting times? Say Monday, Wednesday, Friday do 18:6, Tuesday, Thursday 20:4, and Weekends 16:8?

Yes, the more variety the better. I’d also throw in a full day of unrestricted eating once a week or a full weekend of unrestricted eating every other week or so if metabolic flexibility is important to you
