Question about calories deficit

So technically if you ate just a Big Mac one time everyday, (like 600ish calories I think) would you still lose a ton of weight? I know it’s awful for you and no nutrients but I’m just trying to basically figure out if I had cheat days once in awhile, but only ate like 800 calories, is it even a cheat day? Wouldn’t you still lose weight or am I missing something?

Answer

Technically, if it’s a deficit and if you fast long enough to deplete all your insulin, you should be able to lose weight. But, if you don’t eat nutrients dense food, it may not keep you full long enough and you might find it difficult to fast longer.

But if you are able to fast and your goal is to just lose weight, it should work.
