I see some posts where people are saying they dry fast for 5 days but drink at the end of each day? Is that what you are supposed to do during a dry fast? Or just go 5 full days without any water?
I am typically omad with dryfasting 18-24 hrs
That said, if I workout intense in the heat, I might drink
Dryfasting is amazing! I do wayyyy better on dryfast then water fast.
