No one can predict when u will lose the weight by. There’s no way to predict exactly how your body will react. But if u keep your body in a calorie deficit (I used MyFitnessPal to calculate mine and track daily calories) and workout HARD with HIIT workouts, u will see progress if u stick with it. Also quit alcohol and any carb based beverage if u haven’t already bc that’s just useless calories.
I’m not on Keyo, just IF (OMAD). What has helped me when I hit plateau was drinking a glass of warm water with lime juice and spoon of raw local honey. Drinking this first thing in the morning helped me lose some weight.
