I think how many carbs you can handle while still being in ketosis is so individualized that itโs hard to prescribe an amount. Iโve been using a ketone and glucose meter to check myself. Thereโs no guessing then. I ate some beans today and I was still in ketosis which I think the internet would probably say โno those are carbs - not keto!โ (Depending on what your source is). Anyway, if you have a meter, then you know definitely how different amounts of carbs and different types of carbs affect YOU.
If you are still breast feeding you might need more carbs ? And maybe it would be better for you if you did intermittent fasting at first :) congratulations on your baby and good luck on your weight loss โ๐ฝ๐โ๐ฝ
