Question about rolling 72s

refeed meal- how many calories should i aim for? do i eat one small meal and then set the timer again, & repeat? or should i eat 2-3 meals before starting? should i break the fast w bone broth or does that not really matter?

Till being satiated. The most important thing on refeed is having enough fat so you don’t crash your hormones and protein so you don’t waste (too much) muscle. Limit carbs as much as you can and diversify your eating so you get different things that your body needs.

I have 30 pounds of fat left to lose. I find that under eating my rolling 72 refeeds will leave me depleted. No amount of SJ will counter the fatigue. I gotta do an eight hour refeed window and load the boat with 2 or three modest meals…. If I try to pack it all in a smaller winder I’ll get diarrhea…. If I eat less then I’m battling nausea and brain fog…. Low carb is super important… can’t stress that enough.

Personally I aiming for 1200 and keto based.

The reason I chose 1200 is because I’m trying to get 20,000 steps in daily and I find it helps recovery better.

I believe this works because I’m getting around 750-1000 calories burned from the walking.
