Question about suffering from constipation before dry fasting.

Since dehydration makes it harder for you too poop and I’m already constipated bad, my question is..

Will my poop get stuck in my stomach?

Because I’ve heard stories where guys poop got stuck in their stomach because they were too dehydrated and the hospital had to cut it out.

I definitely don’t want to go thru that but I definitely need to fast for sure.

have few light days with broth and juices. you can do a salt flush.I personally did three first days enemas -saline water they sell in pharmacy. by the third round nothing came out. and fast was noticeably different. first time did 9 days and load sat in my ass all those 9 days rotting or doing who knows what and I think it hindered healing. maybe I am just biased. but now I am doing few light days - usually sat and Sun and start fast from sun night and do enemas mon tue wed, kind of feels cleaner and lighter.

Answer

Magnesium citrate (while eating normal) will help flush you out. Typically, constipation (for me) comes from eating too much starch, not enough wet veggies, dehydration, or holding my poop too long (this is a thing).
