Personally, I do better at sticking to something when I have a structured routine, so I don’t switch up my routine and I stick to 20:4 every day. This also helps me because I’ve found that it’s easy to “program” my hunger, so to speak. If I eat at the same time every day, I get hungry at the same time every day. When I switch up my eating times I don’t get that same hunger regulation.
