I do not know if this is the right way to do it but what I do is 16:8 till I lose 30 pounds. Then I do a few weeks of eating 3 meals a day. During this time I do not overeat just maintain what I have lost you know still eating responsibly (that was really hard over the holidays) to date I have lost 65 pounds since last May.. Remember this is a marathon, not a sprint (I have to tell myself that every day) . Some good advice I got is that when you feel hungry remember that feeling is your body burning fat… Best of luck to you..
