Question for Type 2 Diabetics

I have been controlling my type 2 diabetes through intermittent fasting. I have lost over 35 lbs since October’22 and lowered my glucose to an average of 98. I still have 10-12 pounds to lose to reach my BMI. I still have some lingering numbness in my feet. No pain, just numb spots. Has anyone completely reversed their neuropathy?

Answer

I have reversed mine. Using oil of oregano enteric coated capsules. (Now brand on Amazon) I would work up to 12 capsules per day 3x 4 at breakfast lunch dinner.

I had numbness up half my shin, now I can feel someone tickling my feet, it’s just in a few toes.

I did one month on one month off.
