I realized it’s way easier for me to do a 24-hour water fast, then eat for maybe one meal, then go straight back into another 24-hour fast, than it is to do a 48-hour water fast.
I assume I wouldn’t be getting the same benefits as a 48-hour, but what do yall think i’d be benefitting from this then?

I was thinking of doing that too. If you are focused more on weight loss than health benefits, it should be fine. You need 3 days to reboot your immune system and a good week for deep autophagy benefits. Really it all depends on what you are trying to get out of the fasting.
