Hi all! I have a question regarding sugar, as it’s something I am trying to cut down on as I know eating well while intermittent fasting is important.
When I am trying to cut down on sugar, should I solely be looking at added sugars? Or should I count the natural sugar in foods such as fruits?
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
I do zero ADDED sugar. I need fruit. I’ve lost over 30 pounds since July without limiting my fruit doing mostly 20:4.
I stopped drinking alcohol and eating bread (because I have no control with bread) and that was way more helpful than limiting natural healthy fruit.
I’m cutting simple carbs and eating low amounts of complex carbs. Do your research and check what is what in net and decide for yourself. Cutting sugar was a great decision for me! Love it!I eat one or sometimes two servings of fruit per meal on TMAD.
