If it’s the lack of water thats so beneficial, why not eat as normal without drinking?
Dry fasting is about not taking in ANYTHING. It’s not about consuming without water, it’s not consuming anything at all so that the body has a chance to completely focus on healing. It’s fasting, but in the most extreme form
I’m considering doing a dry fat fast for a few days. Just some unsalted butter here and there. I want to train myself to use metabolic water more efficiently and rev up the fat adaptation to maximum levels.
