’m curious. Some days I am just completely ravenous and nothing will satisfy me. Other days I’m just not really hungry at all. Why is this? I eat healthily and Whole Foods based (not the store)
Today was a day where I just couldn’t stop eating. Not a lot of movement today either. Im not worried - more curious about why.
(Note - I’m 5’3, 128 lbs, and regularly track calories to get at least 1800 calories).
How do I figure out the perfect time to eat prior to intense exercise?
I’m 197cm, 110kg of muscular build and my fitness is about 8/10 (if that is a scale).
I WFH, and go to boxing training every other day, always at 17:30.
I need a lot of food to not fatigue, but I can’t figure out the best time to eat before training… by the end I always feel like I have a weight sat inside my stomach.
I have tried not eating 3 hours before, 4 hours and even 5 hours. I can’t seem to find that sweet spot.
Any advice is welcome… it seems like a balancing act of eating the right amount and timings.
Thanks in advance :-)
How do I calculate my macros?
Hi everyone, I was wondering how I calculate my macros. I read that it’s the best way to lose weight but every time I use the online macro calculators, I end up with different results so how do I do it the most accurate way? I’m also trying to lose the fat so I don’t know if I need more of a specific macro than another but if do, which one? Thank you for any advice!
Protein Powders
hi! i’m a ‘beginner’ in all this protein powder stuff and i want to learn more about it.
some questions in my mind are: how do i know if the protein powder i’m taking is of good quality based on ingredients etc.? which ones are good for fat loss and muscle gain? which one is neat for men/women? is it really recommended to avoid protein powders with proprietary blends (those with ingredient labels that have ‘Protein Blend (XXX)’) instead of ones that specifically say which types are in there separately (according to Dr. Bill Willis, PhD)?
but anyway, all information from those who are ‘pros’ at this are highly welcome :) i just wanna learn more!
