If I eat whey protein powder + the vitamin linked here, some carrots, apples, oranges, a vitamin D supplement, and a calcium/magnesium supplement from solgar, what are the most likely nutrients I’ll be missing out on?

Trying to lose weight. Exercising/trying to rebuild my leg/ass muscles in the swimming pool after surgery so I can walk again. I know I’ll eat the stuff above in the title. Trying to save money/lose weight, what else might you include in the diet?
I can’t walk or and don’t have access to cooking materials in this hotel but I can order food delivery from nearby restaurants and grocery stores in Athens Greece. Gyros are pretty cheap but I’m not sure how health they are for this/have some small burnt parts on the pita bread and meat.
Doctor just says w/e eat a balanced diet, there is not that much that is specific to the surgery

So, I started working out recently and I’m reading that I need to consume at least around 1.5 grams of protein per kilogram for muscle growth. Since my weight is 80 kg that comes to 120 grams of protein. That’s 20 eggs if one egg contains around 6 grams of protein or 6 servings of protein shake if one shake contains around 20 grams.

So, I’d have to eat 10 eggs and 3 large mugs of protein shake, every day. The other daily meals would then just be for good measure. How am I supposed to eat that much protein? Do I really need to consume that much? Seems a bit impractical and expensive.

Answer

Would I be okay on a diet of raw nuts, dried fruit (think dates, raisins, apricots), and water for 5 days? This would be on a not-too-intense hike in sweltering heat.

I’m just a bit worried about exhaustion and if it might mess with bowel movements. Any other suggestions for easy to carry dry food for this kind of thing that isn’t meat? Also is it a good idea to occasionally mix a little bit of salt into the water?

Is oat flakes with corn flakes a good choice for breakfast? (Considering micros)

I’ve been eating oat flakes for breakfast for months… Everyday. I love it, but it’s not only that it’s getting monotonous, but that my diet in general isn’t all that varied, which isn’t very good for hitting all micros. Among other things, I’ve been thinking of mixing up my breakfast so it would be 66% oats and 33% corn flakes, because I’ve seen corn is different enough from oats that it would add some nutrients the latter is missing. All of this with milk, of course.

(And, yes, the choices also have to be with them being some of the cheapest options…)

Was my breakfast to big?

I ate 2 avocado toasts (ezekiel bread) with poached eggs, but I had more hunger than usual so I grabbed a pineapple and ended up eating all of it. I fear that I overate for breakfast as I’m not bulking or anything related.
