every time i drink gerolsteiner carbonated water, i wake up feeling phenomenal. i’m hydrated, full of energy, and clear-headed.

how can i replicate the minerals in the product into my daily diet? a powder? supplement? open to ideas. i already have a multi vitamin, eat foods with potassium, and use at least 6g himalayan pink salt daily.

Quick question -> i have 4 meals per day, which 2 meals are classic “meat” meals. Im student, so i dont have that much money, so i cant afford quality ground beef etc. my cheapest options are chicken / pork. I want to ask, is it better to eat daily 200g chicken (second meal) and 200g pork (third meal) or just 400g of chicken divided into 2 meals instead of pork ? I mean i like chicken better, but idk if its better or not ot eat just chicken everytime as meat. Will i miss some important nutrients, if ill eat just chicken and not red meat ? (ofc i have some variety, so red meat, fish etc. like 1-2x per week on ocassions. Ty
