For nutritionists out there, I’m trying to gain weight because I’m way too slim. Male 6’3” 179lbs. To bulk up, I’m eating peanut butter (lots of it) and lifting weights. Curiosity got the better of me and I found out that eating more than 2tbs per day can lead to strokes and heart attacks. Yikes. I know for a fact that I eat way more than that.
Too much of anything is a bad thing, but what foods can I bulk up with that’s maybe a healthier alternative than peanut butter? Also, is eating more than 2tbs of peanut butter horrible?
Currently bulking on a vegan diet, protein powder is coming in a few days which will help. Have been eating 400-500 Carbs, 110 Fat, and 105 Protein. I run 30 miles per week and also do strength training the morning plus a ton of walking (3-5 Miles) because I am in college. Is 3,600-4,000 calories per day enough for me to bulk to 155 pounds when I’m currently 5”7 150 pounds?
Hi everyone, currently im at only 2hrs of sleep due to being busy and I already ate at maintenance prior to that 2hrs of sleep. Can I start eating normally today? Or will the calories I eat today be continued from yesterdays calorie intake?
