Answer

Advice needed please. Nearly finished with a long (~9 month) weight loss journey. After finishing this I intend to go through a bulk phase and gain some lean muscle. I want this to be a lifestyle change, but I’m struggling with cravings (I’ve not allowed myself many cheat meals throughout this process). How have others who have successfully changed their lifestyle managed cravings like this in a healthy way so they can build on their fitness and nutrition habits over the long term, and been able to satisfy or manage their cravings in some way too? Thanks in advance!
