If anything with any amount of flavor or sugar in it triggers your body to release insulin, is brushing with toothpaste okay during a clean fast?
I’ve become very sensitive to tooth paste. I don’t brush my teeth until 30-60m after eating. Sometimes I brush with only baking soda if I feel the need for fresh breath in the morning, but it’s abrasive so I don’t think that’s good to do often.
I tried experimenting with different toothpastes, but everything seems to have artificial sweeteners. If anyone knows of really great plain toothpaste please share the name.
