~3 months ago I started the journey and around 20 days ago I’ve already made 90% of the progress towards my goal weight. But I have stalled recently and dunno what to do.
My GW is under 80 kgs and I started at 96.
Since the last 20 days I’ve been stuck hovering between 80.5-83. Each time I do a rolling 72s I get down to 80 and over the next few days snap right back to 82-83. And it has been gdoing this for the last 3 rolling 72s.
I can do the rolling 72s in the weekends only so I did it dilligently over the past 3 months and have had amazing results, but the last mile has been hard to get to with my progress resetting every friday, it’s like I’m going in circles.
My long term goal was to eventually reach mid 70s and just sustain there but it seems like an impossible feat now.
Any advice?
Can you try a 24 hour dry fast in the middle of your 72?
I know I’ve heard Cole reference dry fasts before…
A lot of that would be at night (or regular sleep time) anyway, and it might just shake your body up out of its stasis.
