Ready to get my life back on track.

I let myself lose grip on what was important to me this year. I let my mental health slip and my weight ballooned. I drank everyday and ate awful food and ballooned from 191 to 243.

I’ve since been to therapy, started running again, have been going to the gym, and my overall mood has been a ton better. I also started Testosterone Replacement Therapy.

However, my weight is still 230+. Running is hard on my joints. My diet still has a ways to go.

But today… I decided to stalk my ex on Instagram. BAD IDEA. She’s happily with a new dude. And while I’m happy she’s found someone that is suitable for her and far more attentive than I could ever be, I long for a partner too. Yet I don’t feel comfortable in my skin yet. I don’t feel like myself at this weight.

So, I decided it’s time to bring back the Snake Diet! And as of today, I’m heading straight into a 72. Go hard or go home, and I ain’t going home.

Answer

You got this dude. It’s all about consistency. 72s are sustainable, and not that long. If you can eat keto or low carb, that helps, if not, then just eat whatever, but maybe try to keep the window smaller. Also aim for high protein as that is very satisfying and building blocks of your body and helps with weight loss as well. Good luck.
