Real or Fake Avocado Oil?

I’m looking to make the jump from vegetable oil to avocado oil, and trying to find a reliable source. Can any one speak to the credibility of this one from amazon? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MNTRVPS?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details The price seems rather low, and I’ve read many things about places selling “fake oil, listing false ingredients, or even selling rancid oil”, but its Bottled in Santa Fe Springs, California, USA, in leu of outside of the country, which means it should follow FDA requirements and avoid the aforementioned issues. Thoughts, comments, suggestions?

Personally, I wouldn’t buy it on amazon. I really like Chosen Foods, which I buy at Kroger or Sprouts.

Answer

I personally use Chosen Foods (https://amzn.to/3n4P9Jr) because I can pick it up from Costco for a decent buy. However, if you are wanting a gallon of it, I would choose one that is cold pressed like this one: https://amzn.to/42pa5ea

Answer

Here’s the solution: Changing from vegetable oil to avocado oil is practically 100% irrelevant in the grand scheme of overall health. Stop worrying about things you do not need to worry about.

Total energy intake.Physical activity. Overall diet.
