Current weight 158ish, hoping to get to 140ish by July 24th (5 weeks). Do you think this is possible and if so, any tips?
Totally possible - especially with getting in as many dry fasting cycles as you can. Dry fasting + snake cardio = epic rapid weight loss (and better skin too!).
I’ve done a couple of 72’s, but my kidneys started to hurt at the end of the second one. 36 hr dry fasts are my sweet spot.
