I believe in you! If you are wide awake and no where near sleep you should do something to take your mind off of it! Ready a book, play a game, go for a walk if you can. If you are still craving chocolate cake I would try and wait it out until 12! Delay that gratification and it will taste so much better at 12 tomorrow!
wait them out, urges come in waves. you can eat it in your window if you want it. i usually just make a healthy / sugar free version of my craving but you could also buy a singular slice and enjoy it mindfully

No seriously. Buy erithytol for sweetener. Dark cocoa. Look up a healthy recipe. They exist. I make one with zuchinni in the cake batter. It’s awesome. Can have a slice a day if you so desired. Just learn to cook with better ingredients and don’t buy store bought poison. Make a plan to make yourself a treat that you won’t hate yourself after eating.
