Really want to follow through....

I stuck with IF for awhile back in 2020 and lost like 50lbs. I’ve since gained most of it back. I’ve tried and failed to start IF again the past couple years but can’t seem to stick with it like I did back then. It was the only thing that seemed to work for me, but I’m struggling so much to get started again. I’m so unhappy with how I look but always find a way to self sabotage any progress. Very discouraged and could use any support or advice.

Sometimes the best thing to do is step back and slow down.

What if you start by cutting out snacking? Don’t worry about timing or windows - just stop snacking. Eat full balanced meals with lots of vegetables and fruits, and if you feel the urge to snack (or do snack) eat more vegetables next time.

If after-dinner snacks are the problem, you could try Metamucil as a “snack.” It fills you up and gives you good fiber.
