There really isn’t a lot of information out there on this.
I refeed the first day or two with chicken or beef broth soup, and watery vegetables that are easy to digest like watermelon and cucumbers. I also drink a lot of water and coconut water.
After that, for another day or two I have cabbage soup, boiled or scrambled eggs, low sugar greek yogurt, and avocados. No starches.
Then after that I eat normally.
