Refeeding advice?

So basically im 500lbs (226.7 kg) and i want to do rolling 5’s with 2 days off to refeed. I’ve been seeing so many opinions on how to refeed but what should I honestly do. I really want to lose weight and i know dry fasting will tighten my skin as i go.

I also want to do this over the span of 3.5 months.

I’ve started rolling 88 hour fasts with an 8 hour refeed. I don’t plan on doing more than 3 as I should be close to goal by the end of it. I am only going to eat carnivore when I do eat. I find that carbs after a fast make me want to binge.

I just finished a 5 day water fast and did a twelve hour carnivore refeed. No stomach issues like I’ve had when I eat veggies, berries and other carbs after fasting. I only gained 4 lbs after the refeed (from salt, I think) and upon awaking this morning, am down two. Those will drop quickly.

Started the first cycle of 88s at 6pm last night.

People who discourage and say you may be too aggressive are just stating opinions. If you are not already lean, back to back dry fasts are fine. It’s how we were meant to be, imo. Listen to your body. I pay attention to my blood sugar and keytone readings, heart rate and blood pressure. Aches and pains come and go and at times I struggle with concentration. Being in ketosis does not mean fat adapted. That takes time.

This is gonna go against a lot of people here but since you have a lot of fat to drop it’s ok to do 5 on and 2 off my plan in you shoes would be to on 1st day of refeed only water and liquids like juice and atuff and on 2nd day maybe 2000 calorie mean but no carbs so either Keto or carnivore. Do this only until u reach like 120 or somthing then stop give body some real time to recover for like 2 weeks then maybe do an extended dry fast for like 10 days and then 7 days refeed and repeate

Five days of dehydrating with only 2 days to rehydrate will KILL you. Really. Seriously.

Try 3 days water fasting to get the fecal matter out of your gut. 2 days dry fasting. Then 2 days rehydrating. Then 2 days refeeding. And forget about trying to cram the cycle into one week.

Or do 3 days water fasting to get the fecal matter out of your gut. 1 day dry fasting. Then 1 day rehydrating. Then 3 days refeeding. That will make it fit into a 7 day cycle.

I don’t want you to die. Seriously. Do not underestimate the power and danger of this healing modality. It is probably the strongest and best healing modality that I have ever experienced in 50 years of being a health nut, but it also scary powerful.

If you are not already ketogenic, I strongly urge you to get into ketosis first. A ketogenic diet is all by itself very powerful for weight loss.
