Refeeding advice?

So basically im 500lbs (226.7 kg) and i want to do rolling 5’s with 2 days off to refeed. I’ve been seeing so many opinions on how to refeed but what should I honestly do. I really want to lose weight and i know dry fasting will tighten my skin as i go.

I also want to do this over the span of 3.5 months.

Dry fasting is for healing such as skin issues, cancer, fungal issues, etc. Snake juice fasting is better for people who need to lose a lot of weight. Here is my advice based on the million hours I’ve been watching Coles YT videos.

  1. Start doing a 5 day fast drinking snake juice. If you can extend it to 7 days, perfect but never go any longer than that.
  2. Have a keto refeed of about 500 cals (low carb, moderate protein, healthy fats). Keep your refeed meals the same, do not go for variety so you can easily see if any food is causing trouble.
  3. Stay away from carbs and sugars and quit coffee and any other addiction you are into.
  4. Pick a fasting routine and stick to it. For fat asses, anything over 72h is fine. 48h is for people who are much leaner and 24h is for people who want to maintain their weight or who exercise a lot. So stay away from intermittent fasting and OMAD and do not eat 2 days in a row. You have to get rid of your weight as fast as you can!
  5. Snake walk. This means slow walking daily during hours. Build up your routine. So start by walking maybe 30 minutes daily and then build up slowly.
  6. Listen to 2-3 you tube videos of Cole shouting at you. It is highly motivating. You can also search videos on YT about weight loss transformations.
  7. Stay connected to this community so you can have the support you need.
  8. Expect failures but get back to fasting as soon as you fail, do not say: I will start next Monday or I will start tomorrow. The minute you finish your cheat meal, re-start fasting. Fasting is a muscle so you will get used to it slowly.
  9. Buy keto sticks and after your refeed meal test your urine to see if you are in ketosis or not. If the sticks don’t show colour, you messed up in your refeed so adjust your refeed next time. You should stay in ketosis the longest time possible to keep burning fat.
  10. Once you have the last 10 or 15 lbs to lose to reach your goal weight, you will have to change this routine since you will not be such a fat ass anymore.
